
WV Prevention Solutions Awarded Initial Opportunity Grant from WV First Foundation
WV Prevention Solutions is proud to announce its selection as a recipient of the WV First Foundation's (WVFF) inaugural Opportunity Grant.
The grant, totaling $210,153.46, will be used to support the education and certification of prevention specialists in West Virginia through the creation of the WVPS Center for Prevention Excellence. This project aligns with WVPS's mission to promote well-being in our community through collaboration and coordination by providing education, advocacy, and resources.

"This grant allows us to expand the prevention workforce and provide educational opportunities about prevention best practice to communities all across West Virginia and beyond. Together, we are making strides toward a healthier and more hopeful West Virginia."
